When it comes to military aircraft, the
United States and its allies have a wide array of options. A number of
different types of aircraft are available, ranging from tactical bombers to
long range special operations aircraft. Military
Aircraft are all designed to accomplish specific missions. They also have
varying degrees of risk. A bomber is a larger military aircraft that is
primarily used for ground attacks. They have a larger payload, and usually a
longer range than a fighter. However, they are not fast enough to engage an
enemy fighter.
Tactical bombers are smaller, shorter
range bombers that interrupt enemy supply operations. Some of these aircraft
can also be retro modified to accommodate a second role. Another type of
aircraft is the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). Military
Aircraft is used for a variety of missions, including
surveillance, combat search and rescue, and suppression of an enemy air
defence. UAVs are also useful for nuclear and biological missions, and to
provide round the clock reconnaissance. Several nations have developed their
own versions of military aircraft.
Airbus is a European manufacturer and has
produced the family of aircraft for the military. Airbus designs, manufactures, and sells
civil and military aerospace products worldwide. Airbus has three divisions,
such as Commercial Aircraft (Airbus S.A.S.), Defence and Space, and Helicopters. It is a global
pioneer in the aerospace industry, operating in commercial aircraft,
helicopters, defence, and space sector. Airbus is one of the leader in
designing, manufacturing, and delivering aerospace products, services, and
solutions to customers worldwide.
Armed forces around the globe (military
all over the world) uses Military
Aircraft in both offensive and defensive purposes. These aircraft are used
in destroying enemy's vital installations, air strips, depots, and supplies. Military aircraft
also provide logistic supply to forward bases, conducting airlift (cargo and
troops), and participates in rescue operations during national disaster.
