Importance, Function, And Advantage Of Kidney Dialysis Equipment!

Kidney Dialysis Equipment

The components of a Kidney Dialysis Equipment include a blood pump, a delivery system that moves the dialysis solution to the patient, and monitoring devices that protect the patient. These monitors help to prevent excessive suction or resistance of blood to the dialyzer. The dialysis fluid removes toxins, excess water, and solutes from the body. Hemodialysis is the most common type of dialysis and requires the use of specialized equipment that works like an artificial kidney. The equipment used for this treatment includes a blood access device, dialyzer, and other accessories. Dialysis tubing kits, catheters, needles, and dialyzers are essential for the dialysis process.

Kidney disease is becoming more prevalent, especially among the geriatric population. Diabetic patients often have abnormal kidney function. If not treated properly, diabetes can lead to complete kidney failure. There are two main types of dialysis: intermittent and continuous. Both types have the same basic treatment, but their methods vary slightly. The continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis method, or CAP, uses a machine to draw dialysate from the patient's peritoneum. This treatment lasts between 10 to 12 hours

Transplanting a kidney is an extremely difficult procedure. In order to be successful, the donor organ must be compatible with the patient's other organs. Furthermore, the donor kidney must be compatible with the patient's blood group. This is essential to avoid complications. Once a kidney transplantation procedure is complete, the patient will be able to live a normal life. The government recently announced an increase in the import duty on Kidney Dialysis Equipment. However, despite this increase, nearly 70 percent of the parts needed to run a complete dialysis system remain imported. Furthermore, operational limitations exist with regard to the availability of trained nurses and technicians. To counter these challenges, the government is preparing a national roadmap for the purchase of dialysis equipment.
