Flax Crop is generally known as common flax and it is a flowering plant. It belongs to a family of linaceae and it is cultivated as the food and fiber crop in several parts of the world with the temperate climates. The textiles or the clothes are made up from the Flax Crop in the western parts of the globe and they are known as linen clothes and also are generally utilized as the bed sheets, table linen and the underclothes.

The fruits is nearly round and has the dry capsules of 9 millimeter over diameter and they have shinny brown seeds which have the shape of an apple Flax Crop is developed from the seeds which can be utilized into a meal and then it is converted into the linseed oil, a thing which is utilized as a nutritional supplement and as a product in the wood work. In 2021, Mexico was ranked 18th in the import and 58th in the export of the flax seeds.
